Director Appointment

The board announces that it has appointed Corey Benjamin Beinhaker, age 50, as an Executive Director in the role of Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect. The appointment concludes the search undertaken during the past year which was led by other board members, Graham Miller and Sean Swales, and supported with an external recruitment consultant, to add another Executive Director and return the board to a total of five Directors.

Corey Beinhaker has been working closely with the Company since January 2018 when FB Investors LLP acquired a 72.65% holding in the Company's share capital, initially through Beinhaker Design Services Limited (a Company of which he is a Director) and latterly as an employee of Sutton Harbour Group. Section 9, paragraph 2 of the Recommended Partial Cash Offer (dated 7 December 2017) stated that Corey Beinhaker would make available property development expertise to Sutton Harbour Group avoiding the need to contract out this element of work to third parties and to allow Sutton Harbour Group to secure a greater share of potentials profits for the benefit of Sutton Harbour Group shareholders.

Prior to his involvement with Sutton Harbour Group. Corey Beinhaker worked for IBIB Group Consultants (Israel) Limited from 2010 to 2017 latterly as its chief executive officer where he, amongst other things, was contract manager for a number of significant projects including the Tel Aviv Red 10 Line Underground Station design and the design and technical specification for the traffic management for the inter-urban network in Israel.

Corey Beinhaker will be the second director appointed by FB Investors LLP in accordance with the Relationship Agreement entered into on 23 November 2017 with Sutton Harbour Group. The principal purpose of the Relationship Agreement is to provide that the relationship between FB Investors and Sutton Harbour Group is conducted independently and on an arm's length basis. Philip Beinhaker, Executive Chairman, is the other Director appointed by FB Investors LLP.

Corey Beinhaker has no personal holding of shares in Sutton Harbour Group plc.

Corey Beinhaker is a Director of Beinhaker Design Services Limited and Future Habitat Limited, both companies registered in England and Wales and three companies registered in Israel:

Beinhaker Group Planning and Development Limited, B.Z. Binyamina Limited and Tsuin Derech Limited.
