Loonie Rises Vs Most Majors Ahead Of BoC Decision

The Bank of Canada announces its interest rate decision at 10:00
am ET. Economists widely expect the central bank to maintain the
benchmark rate at 1.75 percent.
The loonie rose against the aussie, the yen and the euro, but
held steady against the greenback ahead of the decision.
The loonie was worth 83.19 against the yen, 1.4538 against the
euro, 0.8981 against the aussie and 1.3091 against the greenback at
9:55 am ET.
