High Court of Justice Update on Injunction

Further to the announcement released on 29 October 2019 regarding the obtaining of an interim injunction against the Company , the Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Justice has today granted an application from the claimant, Mr John O'Donnell, to extend the injunction, to include as Respondents to the claim Ritz Property Investimentos Imobiliarios Eireli, Aurora Capital Limited and GFG-UK-Limited, who are therefore prohibited from registering any transfer of the shares in the Company that were purportedly allotted to them.

The Company will continue to update the market as matters progress.
