Symphony (AIM:SYM) announces that on 30 October 2019, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Michelle Laurier.

There is no change in Michael Laurier and his connected persons total beneficial interest of ordinary shares in the Company.
