Cambridge, 19 November 2019: Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback"
or the "Company") announces that at the annual general meeting of
the Company held on 18 November 2019, all resolutions were duly
passed on a show of hands. The proxy voting results of the
resolutions are included below.
Further to the announcement on 29 August 2019, following the
conclusion of the annual general meeting, Dr Alastair Riddell
retired as a director of the Company and Professor Rory Shaw has
been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Company.
