Change in registered office address

LoopUp Group plc (LSE AIM: LOOP), the premium remote meetings company, announces that the Group is moving into a new London headquarters.

The new London headquarters will be in the 'Tea Building', an iconic former warehouse and local landmark on Shoreditch High Street, which has recently undergone major renovation and refurbishment. This move enables the Group to bring together staff from LoopUp's and MeetingZone's London offices into a single facility with room for future planned growth and expansion of the combined team.

With effect from 8 December 2019, the registered office address of the Group, and its UK trading entity LoopUp Limited, will change to The Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6JJ.
