Further to the announcement released by the Company on 9
December 2019, and following admission of 91,253,530 new Ordinary
Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") this morning, Integumen
announces the following PDMR Shareholdings arising as a result of
the Ordinary Shares issued and allotted pursuant to the
Subscription.

their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
