Leaf Clean Energy Company ("Leaf Clean" or the "Company")

Update to Cancellation Timetable

Further to its announcement on 27 November 2019 regarding the proposed cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation"), the Company announces that the effective date of the Cancellation has been changed to 7.00 a.m. on 31 January 2020 and the latest time and date for dealings in shares prior to Cancellation will be 4.30 p.m. on 30 January 2020, subject to approval by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

No other dates have changed and the time and date for the Extraordinary General Meeting remains as 3.00 p.m. on 17 December 2019.
