Director's dealing
SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications,
advocacy and research group has been notified that, on 17 December
2019, Fiorenzo Tagliabue, CEO of the Company, transferred a total
of 183,585 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the
Company ("Shares") to Edrom srl (the "Transfer"). The Shares, which
are being transferred for nil consideration, will be subject to
lock-in arrangements until 4(th) September 2020. Arden Partners
plc, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has waived Mr
Tagliabue's existing lock-in arrangement for the purposes of the
Transfer only.
Following the Transfer, Fiorenzo Tagliabue and members of his
family have an interest in 8,736,515 Shares, representing
approximately 36.03% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
