Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a
non-executive Director of the Company:
John (Jay) F. Glick
On 18 December 2019, Jay Glick notified the Company that he had
purchased 18,373 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at an
average price of 383.89 pence per share. The purchase took place on
17 December 2019.
Following this transaction Jay Glick's beneficial holding is
41,373 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.02% of the
Company's share capital.
