Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited (the "Company"), announces that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting as posted to shareholders on 21 November 2019 were unanimously passed, except for resolution 2, to reappoint Robin Rice as a Director of the Company which was withdrawn, as Robin Rice had already resigned from the Board.
