Learning Technologies Group plc (the "Company"), has been notified that in order to fulfil a personal financial commitment, Tim Martin (a PDMR) has transferred 1,923,068 shares at nil value to his former spouse.

Following the dealings, Tim Martin's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,923,069 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.288 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
