London: Informa PLC ("the Company") has been notified that Stephen A. Carter, Group Chief Executive, exercised the following awards granted under the Company's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) on 23 December 2019:

Stephen A. Carter sold all ordinary shares at a price of 860.87 pence per share.

The exercise took place outside of a trading venue and the sale took place in London.

Following the sale, Mr Carter retains vested and unvested options and related dividend shares in respect of more than 1.4 million shares in Informa.
