The Company announces that it was notified on 06 January 2020 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:
