Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that today the Company received notification that on 15 January 2020 Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 40,000,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 18.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
