("AB Dynamics", the "Company" or the "Group")
Grant of LTIP Awards
AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and
supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to
the global automotive market, confirms that the terms of a new Long
Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) as described in the Company's 2019
Annual Report and Accounts, were approved on 15 January 2020 by the
Remuneration Committee.
Subsequently the Board of the Company authorised the award of
options, on 17 January 2020, over an aggregate of 63,078 new
ordinary shares in the Company at nil cost and representing
approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
(the "Awards"). Of these 37,854 were awarded to executive directors
of the Company and 25,224 to employees.
Under the LTIP the shares will vest on 30 November 2022, subject
to the participants remaining employed by the Company or a Company
subsidiary on the vesting date and performance targets of EPS
growth and Total Shareholder Return versus the FTSE AIM 100
Index.
