IG Design Group plc, one of the world's leading designers,
innovators and manufacturers of celebrations, gifting, stationery
and creative play products, today announces that, further to the
announcement made on 20 January 2020 and earlier today on 21
January 2020 regarding the proposed Bookbuild, the Company has
today made a copy of the Circular, including the Notice of General
Meeting, available to shareholders.
