The Sage Group plc. (the "Company") announces that Notice of the
thirty-second Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") of the
Company is now available on the Company's website and can be
accessed via www.sage.com/investors/.
The Annual General Meeting of The Sage Group plc. will be held
at the Company's offices in North Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13
9AA on 25 February 2020 at 12 noon.
In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1R, a copy of the Notice of
AGM and related Proxy Forms have been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Notice of AGM and related Proxy Form have been dispatched to
the Company's shareholders today, 23 January 2020.
