that 250,393 options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the LTIP 2012 have been cancelled.
Of the options cancelled, 177,273 were held by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities. Further details are set out in the
