Old Mutual Ltd. (OMU.LN) said Friday that it has appointed Kerrin Land as managing director of its Personal Finance division and Farhad Sader as managing director of its Wealth business.

The African financial-services company said that both appointments will be effective from Feb. 1.

Ms. Land will succeed Ms. Karabo Morule after her resignation last October. Mr. Sader will replace Ms Karrin in her previous role, having previously served as chief operating officer for the Wealth division.

Shares at 1555 GMT were down 0.48 pence, or 2.7%, at 17.30 pence.
