TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results for the fourth
quarter 2019 and preliminary consolidated financial results for the full year 2019 will be
published on Thursday, 20 February 2020 at 7.00 am GMT (11.00 am GET).
On that day, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO, and Giorgi Shagidze, CFO, will host a conference
call to discuss the results.
