SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group, announces that, due to an administrative issue, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting ("ESM") due to be held at 11 a.m. (CET) today, in connection with the issue of the EUR2.5 million convertible bond ("Bonds"), has been adjourned by 24 hours until 11 a.m. (CET) on 25(th) February 2020, as permitted under the Italian Civil Code.
