2019 FINAL DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has today decided to recommend to shareholders a final dividend of 17.0 EUR cents per share in respect of 2019.

Accordingly, the dividend will be paid as follows:

  Withholding tax (19%)    0.0323
