Item 7.01.          Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 26, 2020, following his interview earlier the same day with Yahoo Finance, Enrique Lores, the Chief Executive Officer of HP Inc., made the following comment:
"Just to clarify, with reference to the question about Q2 and the rest of the year:

On earnings guidance we continue our policy not to comment on guidance mid-quarter. When I said we are not changing our guidance my intent was to say we are not commenting on guidance. When I referred to the plan my reference was to the manufacturing plan in China we developed and discussed in February.”
