Volex plc announces that on Monday 6 April 2020, Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at an average price of 114 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris holds 900,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.59% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
