Elanco Animal Health Inc. on Monday said it named Racquel Harris Mason executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

The Greenfield, Ind., animal-health company said Ms. Mason previously served as senior vice president of Coca-Cola Co.'s McDonald's Division USA and as vice president of the Coca-Cola and Coke Zero brands.

Elanco said Sarena Lin, who had been executive vice president of global marketing, corporate strategy and transformation, will now serve as executive vice president of transformation and technology, continuing her focus on integration and stand-up efforts and adding oversight of the information-technology organization.

Elanco also said it is adding three members to its executive committee as it moves toward closing its $7.6 billion acquisition of Bayer AG's animal-health business.

Dirk Ehle, currently global head of Bayer Animal Health, will join as executive vice president and president of Elanco Europe at the closing of the acquisition, while Joyce Lee, currently president of North America for Bayer Animal Health, will join as executive vice president and president of U.S. pet health and commercial operations.

The company also said Jose Simas has rejoined Elanco as executive vice president of U.S. farm animal operations after a stint as president of Trouw Nutrition USA.
