NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILIES ('PDMRS')
Vesting and Grant of Share Awards
Awards made on 18 April 2017 over ordinary shares of the Company
under the Company's Deferred Share Plans have now become
unconditional in all respects following the end of their Deferred
Period. In satisfaction of the Awards, the Trustee of The Savills
plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust ('Trustee') effected the transfer
of shares, following the settlement of associated tax liabilities
through the sale of shares which completed on 27 April 2020, to
Directors and PDMRS of the Company as detailed in the table
below.
The Company also announces that on 27 April 2020 the grant of
the share based element of 2019 profit share awards was made under
the Savills Deferred Share Bonus Plan to Directors and PDMRS of the
Company as detailed in the table below.

The share price on disposal of shares to settle associated tax
liabilities was GBP8.823376 per share.
All the above awards have a Deferred Period of three years and
are subject to rolled-up dividend shares whereby the number of
shares awarded will be increased on the vesting date to reflect
final and interim dividends declared during the Deferred
Period.
