Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 30 April 2020 consisted of 604,290,969 ordinary shares (previously 604,276,682 ordinary shares as per the announcement on 1 April 2020 and an exercise of 14,287 employee share options during April) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights . The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 604,290,969.

The above figure of 604,290,969 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
