Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020

Following the announcement on 02 April 2020 of the publication of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 (RNS: 4957I ), the Company announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 (AGM) to shareholders.

The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 27 May 2020 at the Company's registered office, OneCroydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and the Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.tggplc.com/. These documents, together with the form of proxy for the AGM, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . All documents have been posted or otherwise made available to the Company's shareholders today.

Impact of Covid-19 on the AGM

Compulsory Government measures are currently in force requiring people to stay at home except for certain limited reasons and prohibiting, among other things, public gatherings of more than two people (the 'Stay at Home Measures'). Arrangements for the 2020 AGM remain subject to the Stay at Home Measures. If restrictions on public gatherings remain in force as at the date of the AGM, shareholders must not attend the AGM in person and we will refuse entry to anyone who seeks to attend in person. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to register their vote in advance by appointing the Chairperson of the meeting as their proxy and giving voting instructions. Shareholders who would like to ask a question relating to the business of the AGM are invited to send the question by email to company.secretary@thegymgroup.com

The situation is constantly evolving, and the Government may change current restrictions or implement further measures. Any changes to the AGM arrangements will be communicated through our website ( www.tggplc.com) and, where appropriate, by Regulatory Information Service announcement.
