PDMR Shareholding Notification

ThinkSmart (AIM: TSL) was notified on 7 May 2020 that Mr. Peter Gammell, Non-Executive Director of the Group, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr. Gammell's beneficial holding in the Group following the purchase is 10,582,572 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.94% of the Company's issued share capital of 106,509,994 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group remain 106,509,994.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
