2020 Annual General Meeting arrangements
Further to its announcement of 8 April 2020, the Company
confirms that its AGM will be held on Thursday 21 May 2020 at
Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PJ at 9.30am.
In light of the Government's continued advice regarding the
COVID-19 pandemic, which prohibits public gatherings and
unnecessary travel, the AGM this year will be a closed meeting,
therefore we regret that shareholders will not be able to
attend.
Shareholder participation in the meeting is, however, encouraged
by casting votes through the appointment of a proxy in accordance
with the guidance provided in the notice of meeting and the notes
accompanying it. Any shareholders wishing to submit a question to
the Board in advance may do so via email, stating your name and
your shareholder reference number (as printed on your share
certificate or obtained by contacting the Registrar, whose details
appear in the notes to this announcement) to
enquiries@SecureIncomeREIT.co.uk by 9:30am on Wednesday, 20
May.
The Company will ensure that all legal requirements of the
meeting, in accordance with its Articles of Association, are
satisfied through the attendance in person of the minimum number of
two shareholders, with social distancing measures in place. The
format of the meeting will be purely functional and the Company's
advisors will not be present.

Secure Income REIT specialises in generating long term,

At 31 December 2019, the Group's investment property portfolio

The Company is advised by Prestbury Investment Partners Limited,
owned by the team which advised Max Property Group Plc until August
2014, when all of the assets of Max Property Group Plc were sold to
Blackstone Group. Prestbury is owned and run by a team of real
estate and finance professionals including Nick Leslau, Mike Brown,
Tim Evans, Ben Walford and Sandy Gumm.
The Company's Board is chaired by Martin Moore together with
three further independent Directors: Leslie Ferrar, Jonathan Lane
and Ian Marcus, as well as three members of the Prestbury Team:
Nick Leslau, Mike Brown and Sandy Gumm.
The Company is a UK REIT which floated on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange in June 2014.
