The Company announces that Ian Hunter a director/person
discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised
options under the 2017 and the 2015 Save As You Earn Schemes to
purchase ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The
exercise took place on 15 June 2020 at a price of GBP10.57 and
GBP9.58 respectively per Ordinary Share. No shares have been sold
on the market.
