SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group, announces that, due to instructions from shareholders representing less than the legal quorum having been received, the annual general meeting ("AGM") due to be held at 11 a.m. (CET) today has been adjourned in second call by 24 hours until 11 a.m. (CET) on 19(th) June 2020, as permitted under the Italian Civil Code.
