Appointment of Director

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider today announces the appointment of Penny Searles as a non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Miss Searles was previously CEO and Founder of Smart Driver Club Group, the telematics data company supplying insurance partners with innovative data sets to enhance risk management and improve loss rations, she has over twenty five years of professional experience and brings impressive operational experience in the telematics industry to the Trakm8 board.

The following information regarding the appointment of Penny Searles (aged 51) is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2g of the AIM Rules for Companies:
