Result of Annual General Meeting

SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group, is pleased to announce that at the adjourned annual general meeting ("AGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Fiorenzo Tagliabue, CEO of SEC Newgate, commented:

Despite the challenges of the Coronavirus emergency the Group's performance is stable and remains in line with budget.
