nunes was a failure at his old job and took the djt corp job probably because he was in trouble at his old job. orlando is a shady scammer just like his boss.

I'm not all that surprised that orlando and nunes are running this company like a sub penny promotion. Creating 9 extensions after fails for a shareholder vote when they are actually merging with themselves and not an unknown should have been a first clue for traders.

I don't think many mistakes were mistakes at all.

The market cap is insane. I've been playing OTC off and on for almost 40 year myself and I've seen a number of scams come and go. But this one takes the cake. Why would anyone pay 50x what this should be worth when it's no secret that management is trying to dump and run?

And the shareholders don't get it. But this whole story is incredibly complicated, in part because so many mistakes were made. Most people are NOT gonna read the SEC filings.

Who in their right mind would pay$27.20 per share for 32,000 shares of DJT. That is what the bid is at on the Afterhours trading. It is probably Jr. or Eric making every effort to keep the price up as high as possible....... Never in 40 plus years of trading have I ever seen anything so pathetic........

He's been doing that almost daily for a while now. I'd call it overkill. They should just offer that information at their website. The stock has been on the Reg SHO threshold list for a while now. Many retail shareholders object to shorting on some kind of principle. But if they want to make their shares impossible for Shorty to borrow, they should just put them in a cash account at their brokerage. That's always been an option, and it wouldn't affect their ability to trade that stock at any time, should they want to.

Other options could cause considerable delays, and they should be aware of that.

I wonder if anyone on here is actually buying and holding this stock... I haven't seen any comments by anyone who is doing that. Only see those who say the are shorting, or buying puts or calls.......... I think there are thousands of MAGA supporters who have bought this at high prices and think they are going to become rich because TrumP is involved in it.. They have no clue how the market works...... How SAD!!!

Criminal nunes calls it just 'moving', but in reality the shareholder is converting to certificate form which forces the shareholder to hold stock once they find out what it costs to 'move' out of your brokerage account.

This is an illegal ploy to make shareholders hold djt until nunes and corp investors can sell later restricted shares.
