The filing was in reference to the minimum bid requirement to remain listed on NASDAQ capital market. Whether they get a stay or not will be interesting. KSCP response back is troubling and I missed it:
The Company intends to provide to the Staff a plan to regain compliance to the Panel, including, subject to approval of the Company’s Board of Directors and its stockholders, implementing a reverse stock split, should it be necessary.

Thank you. Three weeks ago the release (Simply Wall St) that stated shareholders of KSCP appear satisfied after 30 day rebound in stock price was and is an example of BS. If one read it thoroughly it finished with 6 warning signs before investing. To attract new investors or have existing shareholders increase their position, corporate leadership would do well by taking an extended look at their public relations program. You can’t continue to release all these new deployments and not have significant increases in PPS. Substantial new deployments and costs flat or decrease? Messaging must be wrong. Short on cash, a monthly digest of progress on all fronts might be better format. Show the incremental growth financially then announce new contracts. The shorts have made a fortune every time the company says the list of new deployments is limited by ability to raise cash……. Wrong message. Find an equity partner that invests capital that believes KSCP has a group of products that successfully addresses a public issue ——— safety. Bankroll the production process and off we go. I suspect the hold up here is founder doesn’t want to give up equity. A piece of pie is better than none. lol. Once the shorts are taken off guard they pay dearly, we go up quickly. Wow - great post and just so totally right on. I totally agree with everything that you just now said. Yes - 30 days from now (or less) the stock price of KSCP will be a LOT higher than it is now. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I have been an investor since day one via Start Engine, then have been buying shares on every dip. I didn’t see where the company got a notice of delisting. They have more than met required volume requirements. The only other thing would be requirement of fully audited quarterly financials or the audited annual. It’s not going to happen. Where my selfish concern is the company has restructured and making process improvements unit and personnel wise. Deployments increasing. Higher price target of $4.25. The shorts clearly have an impact and legal proceedings should bear fruit after years. No idea what the burn rate is which is predictor of available cash to remain viable. In my view over the next 30 days the shorts will be eaten alive as new contracts continue and incremental growth forces PPS upwards of $1.25-1.60. Shortly there should be significant volume increase if market believes the company can deliver. On the flip side, if the company does have its place in the security market, a mothership will buy the damn company. It’s cheaper to buy your competitor than trying to recreate the wheel. Ultimately I think longs win big. David

I have to agree, I have done some research on this company, and nothing makes sense on stock price.
well, let's see what is to come but I'm thinking a good positive outcome in the future.

Shorters have very stupidly dug themselves into a massive financial black hole which they cannot escape from and it's only getting worse and worse for them with each passing day. Get ready for the mother of all short squeezes. Huge.

Blatant STOCK MANIPULATION by some idiotic market makers who have very foolishly shorted the stock and are now in total PANIC MODE trying desperately and unsuccessfully to keep the stock price of KSCP down. Won't work and won't last much longer. Get ready for the BIG BOOM!!
