Very patient indeed. What is next for A123, obviously the stock seems worthless or close to it.? Pre-trial for the main case right? Have any of you figured out what was left after "substantially" all the assets were sold. I still don't see how a company valued at $ 2 billion in 2010 is worth $260 million when they probably have had near $120 million in revenue or more this year alone. And their sales are increasing, plus grid storage is where the lowest hanging fruit lies. This really does baffle me.

Nah - been pissed...just waited this long to let the world know it ...it was a sad situation and I personally cannot figure out why in the world would we sell yet another asset to china when they already own our asses. geesh.

You're a pretty patient human being if you have waited this long to get pissed. Everything about this thing stinks. If you're an American tax payer and an investor in this company you lose twice. The only sliver of good here is the technology and that is gone too.

My shares are worth $26 so I'm just going to hang on to them...

Haha I still can't believe people!!! We sold it to the emerging Chinese super power. Thanks MIT and A123 employees for giving us a chance to be apart of it, at least some if not most employees kept their jobs too. I wonder why this company failed to miserably. Molycorp is in loads of debt which they accumulated to scale up production and vertically. I just don't see why this stock got bashed so hard. I'm not a green freak at all, I thought the financial world would have a balanced unbiased opinion and see the potential revenue growth in an infant industry. What a joke. There must be crazy awesome alternatives or maybe 3D printing will drastically lower costs, that or nat gas cars?

i lost a little bit myself to me it was worth it. lessons learned and only thing the makes me angry is it didnt 0 out just stayed at .03 now my balance is messed up looking. well at least its over nps. maybe it will go to 0 :)

Still a bit shocking to see it actually come about.

I bought and sold this stock several times and followed all the drama. Some posters irritated me so much that I was banned several times just by responding to them. Funny how they all just drift over to the next play.

Sorry for everyone's loss but anyone still holding shares at this point had it coming. People had been warned that shares would be cancelled since early November and yet that didn't stop numerous pump and dumps from occurring! Makes me sick how new mods and different trading groups would come and go touting this thing as if it would miraculously emerge from BK as a fortune 500 company.

I still can't believe Siemans, NEC, JCI and "the other 20" companies couldn't even top a $250M bid for assets worth in excess of $400M? What were these assholes even doing at the auction if they had no real interest in the assets? Ah well at least this POS is finally dead and gone. Good riddance.

Yeah I have a small position with AONEQ. I wanted to invest in American clean energy tech and I was hoping that maybe the grid energy storage part of the business would live on. IMO the bankruptcy plan will not pay out shareholders but hopefully the ammended plan gives mercy to shareholders.

i dont really understand your question, but ill try to answer anyway,,i am looking to scalp this, Monday, because i think there will be interest that will push this up early next week,,could be wrong of course,,i think people will see this over the weekend and have their eye on this , by this i mean the volume rush end of day Friday and the chart set up, im not looking to invest in this company im looking to make a quick buck, isee potential in making a couple of dollars, if i see that there will be a continuation of positive trend up then i will reenter for more,this is the most simplified way i can think to explain my position, what is your opinion about this?

i took a small piece of this for a scalp today, looking to get out quickly on Monday...should be easy, end of the day was the high of the day so Monday should see a small rise,imo...

IMO their grid energy storage business seems to be growing with ease. I'm hoping that part of the company remains, especially if the utilities forecast is correct. What do you think internet?

On May 20, 2013 the Proposed Liquidation Plan was approved by the Bankruptcy Court to be effective in June/July 2013

So wasn't the effective date on June 28th???

Wish we could get a exit/settlement date figured out soon. I would still be shocked if they only support the creditors of A123. I bet a lot of people invested in carbon reductive technology. It only made sense to prepare for the inevitable in 2009/2010. Now Americans have all but forgotten disruptive climate change. Poor humans still don't understand the Stefan-Boltzman law. Either way I was hoping Obama could influence or Wanxiang would look out for all interests not just these creditors or whatever. Well glad most of probably made lots of money shorting the stock. Way to take the high road!!!
