If the CEO's mention of a merger back in January holds true, then it's possible a merger will occur. A merger typically boosts the stock price and enhances the company's value. In such a scenario, a reverse split wouldn't even be necessary.

Looks like the company doesn’t want to do a R/S unless it’s absolutely necessary. Once approved, R/S within one year of approval unless the price goes back over $1 or Buyout

I believe they're not inclined to sell the company currently, mainly because the stock price per share is extremely low at the moment. It's probable that a merger is being considered. That's just my opinion.

The “if at all “ statement on item #3 got me thinking.

If they only announced the change of control severance im throwing the house on it. But that annual meeting makes you wonder, the timeline between the two is just 7 days.

Line 6 is normal lingo for annual meetings other companies say the same thing. What I’m trying to figure out is if they are in fact being acquired what’s the purpose of voting for r/s and adding more shares? May 10th they announce the meeting may 17th they announce the severance and change of control. They trying to dilute us first then r/s then get acquired? I guess we will have to see

Make no mistake. The recent 8K doesn't necessarily mean a merger or buyout is imminent, but it suggests one might be in the works. Consider this: why would it outline the conditions under which the CFO would be entitled to a severance payment in the event of a change of control of the company? As the CFO, he knows exactly what's coming down the pipeline.

Something to think about. They want this organically to go back above $1 otherwise they would not have asked for an extension. They would have just went with a R/S. It’s Going to be interesting
