$lazr and $oust have very similar formations, but I'm more bullish LAZR Luminar Technologies and think Monday or Tuesday it could start squeezing!

OUST as of 4/20/24 shows an off exchange short interest at 39% and 16% short interest, and 6 days and some change to cover: https://fintel.io/ss/us/oust - Total institutional share ownership is at 32% on OUST with a .1425% average position ownership, which due to price differences and all I only care about the 32% figure, not the allocation.

LAZR's off exchange short ratio increased since Thursday to 72%+! Days to cover is still in the double digits at 14 days, and was at a whopping 28 days on Thursday! Read up on Globe Life stock ticker GL. today with the shorts. Globe life is now seaking legal action against them. They dropped there stock to the lowest levels in 8 years.

When they drop the PPS and no one sells and there all buys they got to raise the price. They are looking for weak hands to sell. Think about it 2 weeks ago they said a law suit was coming out. Which that got debunked. Now they said the PPS got lowered to 1.20 which I think is bull. I’m holding. They will do anything in there power so the shorts don’t burn when news is released. Watch the movie on Game Stop and what happened to those shorts. All I can say is good luck to all that is here. I’m waiting for news from the company and not there made up shit. JMO

The Shorts went down to 29.69 today. There manipulating the stock so the shorts don’t burn when this spikes. You’re just crazy if you sold on that dip to the 1.20’s. They will continue with the games.

I went to LAZR lawsuit. Everything that comes up is for 2023.

Luminar subsequently removed the images in question from its investor presentation and website. Then, on February 27, 2024, Luminar issued a press release reporting its fourth quarter and full-year 2023 financial results. Among other items, Luminar reported non-GAAP earnings per share of -$0.20 for the quarter, missing consensus estimates by $0.01, and revenue of $22.11 million, missing consensus estimates by $5.19 million. On this news, Luminar's stock price fell $0.12 per share, or 4.8%, to close at $2.38 per share on February 28, 2024.

30 days..hmm, this will be interesting. I hope your tea leaves are correct. All other indicators are not pointing in a favorable direction and nobody can argue the fact that LAZR's negative debt to equity ratio = financial distress. I think this is a decent HODL, but doubling in 30 days, thats for crypto.

$LAZR BULLISHNESS REMAINS!

I wanted to provide you with a bullish update on our stance regarding Luminar Technologies (LAZR). Despite the possibility of a drop to $2 or even $1.92-$1.95, as indicated by the downward sloping trend line just below the $2 psychological level (you can find a detailed analysis update on my YouTube channel Bullish Update
), I remain optimistic.

Currently, I have allocated over 50% of my investment capital to LAZR, with an average cost ranging between $2.35-$2.40. Additionally, I have set buy limits at strategic levels: $2.25 (40%), $2.05 (40% of the remaining half of my funds allocated to LAZR), and $1.92 (20%). I anticipate that my buy limit at $2.25 will be triggered tomorrow. However, should I miss out on the other buy limits, I am comfortable with the remaining half of my investment being secured at the current market price, ensuring an average cost position.

Regarding my exit strategy, I have set sell limits at $5.50 (25%) and $9.95 (75%). The latter is strategically placed just below the psychological resistance level of $10, which marks the onset of the short squeeze, making this trade highly valuable.

As a side note, when dealing with psychological levels such as $2 and $10, I tend to set buy limits slightly above support levels and sell limits slightly below resistance levels, typically within a range of 2-5 cents, to account for potential fluctuations and ensure optimal execution.

The short squeeze that started after we crossed below the $10 psych level that ended up forming multiple wedges is coming to an end above $2, I expect in a week we will see $3.40 and then $5.50-$5.75 in a month or so, my longer term/longer (intermediate) term target is $9.95 (Sell limit) or just under $10 psych, but longer term I think this will prove to be a hold that an go up much more than that!
