This is dropping down below $3.50 before anything happens. You should've waited. Esousa had a 3 month expiration date (Jan-Apr24) on the $32M +$18M discount totalling $50M purchase agreement from Dec 18, '23. Per that agreement the repayment is allowed to be "accelerated upon default!"

Something big might be coming down the pipeline. Those are quite huge volume spikes on the chart in the past week. Plus, normally there's a net distribution of shares, signalling more dilution, but in this rare case there's a net accumulation of shares, about 25 million or so, even after this trader pullback. If I just use a $3 stock price, that would be about $75 million that has moved into the stock!

I don't know for sure if that's what happened, but on those two huge days up the chart, the size of the trades going through was massive, like hundreds of thousands of dollars worth for numerous individual trades, and one I think was for over a million dollars. That's not mom and pop day traders buying that amount of stock. It sure seems like it's getting loaded big-time!

Here's a link to a one year chart. Notice how the Chaikin Money Flow has also turned positive. Only time will tell if the reversal is finally in play!

Great that you're here, CantonG! It's those California 50% mandates for government EV's that have my attention. Still waiting on Federal approval, supposedly just weeks away now, but the Federal government has huge mandates as well.

Finally, back in Q4, MULN started ramping up their production, from 27 or so all year to 230 vehicles in Q4, or close to that. Since they just announced that they made their 500th vehicle, they might be up to 90 or 100 vehicles per month. It's not much, but it's enough to finally make some small fleet sales. Time will tell.

1) They actually finally have hundreds of vehicles ready to sell. 2) They have California HVIP approval for up to $45,000 in a cash voucher. 3) California requires 50% of all government vehicles in 2024 to be EV.

I'm still not convinced that MULN will succeed but I don't like waiting until after they make a huge announcement of some sort. I play these stocks like an option, not investing much money in case they don't work out, but if it does work out then I'm in early.

Why is this one any different than the myriad of other “announcements” that went nowhere fast?

Delpack, UNC, Watergen, Loop global, MGT lease…to name a few.

One big fleet-size sale announcement sends it! It will take the sales crew at Randy Marion and Pritchard a few weeks or a few days to get the word out about the new product offerings and the California HVIP approval but my gamble is that the first big fleet-size deal happens this month!

The problem that Mullen will have is they don’t have enough cash or reasonable access to cash to “ramp up”. He will have to kill the stock price another 99.9% to get enough money to “ramp up”.

This is doomed no matter what. Some just seem to ignore that reality.
