When do we anticipate the S-1 filed 11/12 to be approved so we can convert the warrants? In converting the warrants how long does it take to deliver the underlying? Two weeks i suppose? What happens 60 days after 10/23, A cashless exercise? We may have something. Need these questions answered.

can be tmely thya have the best % but they also have time decay which one must watch cloily

Two days. All my stocks should be so good. My first time buying warrants. Seems a little dangerous to buy unless you really know what you’re doing. Think I’ll stick to normal shares for now on. Bought this not realizing it was a warrant. Thank god for investor hub and it’s members for the help I got.

most warrant buyers are short term traders. Get many shares and often a larger % of price increase than the underling shares.

they expire 3-4-24 which means a reasonable prodent holder will exercise prior to then.
exercise pice is $11.50 per warrant. You need to inform them you intend to exercise.
there is also a call provission if stock is over $18 for a certain period of time. They then give you if I remeber its 30 days to exercise. Some of these companies figured they will need extra funds before the
expiration date. IF so they call the warrrants to gain those funds.

They expire in 2024, so there's plenty of time to make money off the warrants. They convert at $11.50. What if RIDE is at $120 share by then? Then, you could buy RIDE shares for $11.50 using the warrants.

Note that 30 days after the October 23rd merger close would be the earliest exercise date if the S-1 (i.e. registration statement) were effective. However, we caution that the S-1 was only filed with the SEC on November 12th and is subject to their potential review and ultimate approval. As such, the date might be later than 30 days post-close.

If the S-1 isn’t effective by 60 business days after closing, then warrants holders can do cashless exercises until it becomes effective.

The holder of a warrant must exercise the warrant no later than the expiration date. If a warrant is allowed to expire, it becomes worthless, and it cannot be sold on a secondary market.

I was told that warrants expire and if not sold or converted become worthless. Is that true?

They are opening a research and development center in Farmington Hills Michigan and plan to open a service center in Irvine California. only common thing is they produce people movers powered by batteries which you may or may not buy (NIO).

Invest in all no need to be flag waving for ony of them.

invest in charging systems (US) like BLNK in China seems to be part of the NIO offering!

I know they have GMs old factory in Detroit. EV company American Made. I see RIDE well over into THE @ 30s pushing on the @40 s door. We will rock. I believe RIDE should be over @40 also pushing on N!OS door.

RIDE already has its own factory, which puts them ahead of many other EV companies. Also will start manufacturing mid next year, which is ahead of many EV companies.

Lordstown motors will pass N!O @45 Folks. Made in USA EV Detroit city can’t get better then that. RIDE over N!O. Good luck all share holders. Things are about to get interesting. Uptrend in effect from bell on.

RIDEW is undervalued by several dollars based on the current price of RIDE.

Pursuant to the Warrant Agreement, a Warrant holder may exercise its Warrants only for a whole number of shares of Class A common stock. This means that only a whole Warrant may be exercised at any given time by a Warrant holder.
