Wrong. It clearly states that the county "sold the property" to Clark to receive their taxes due. The law allows Rennova to "Redeem" the property by paying Clark the Taxes paid and interest, which Rennova did. There must be some tax ramifications to this, such as write offs or depreciation benefits,
