American Axle & Manufacturing Declares Third Quarter 2004
Dividend DETROIT, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Axle
& Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), which is traded as AXL on
the NYSE, today announced that it will pay a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.15 per share on September 28, 2004 to stockholders
of record on all of the Company's issued and outstanding common
stock as of September 7, 2004. American Axle & Manufacturing is

validation of driveline systems and related components and modules,
chassis systems and forged products for trucks, sport utility
