Belgravia Telecom Ltd ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Timothy Fulton, aged 47, as a Non Executive Director of the Company with
immediate effect.  Toni Stevenson has also been appointed as Company Secretary.

Mr Fulton's previous directorships and partnerships over the past five years are
as follows:

Corporate Director of Finance & Administration, Jumeirah International LLC.

In addition to the appointment of Mr Fulton, the Board announces that Fikry
Hemaya has resigned from his positions as Non Executive Director and Company
Secretary of the Company to pursue other interests.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, Mr Fulton has confirmed that there are
no further disclosures required on his behalf pursuant to paragraph (f) of
Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
