    Baronsmead VCT 4 plc - second interim dividends



    The Board of Baronsmead VCT 4 plc announces that second interim dividends of 4.0 pence per ordinary share (comprising 0.6 pence revenue
dividend and 3.4 pence capital dividend) and 2.0 pence per C share (comprising 0.6 pence revenue dividend and 1.4 pence capital dividend)
will be paid on 30 December 2008 to eligible shareholders recorded on the registers on 28 November 2008.
