ISSUE OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS 
 
Baronsmead VCT plc, Baronsmead VCT 2 plc, Baronsmead VCT 3 plc and Baronsmead 
VCT 4 plc (together, "the Companies") announce that they have published a 
supplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the 
offers for subscription for new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in each of the 
Companies to raise, in aggregate, up to GBP40 million (before issue costs). 
 
The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication by each of Baronsmead 
VCT 3 plc and Baronsmead VCT 4 plc of their respective financial results for 
the year ended 31 December 2013 (together, "the Accounts"), certain information 
from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus. 
 
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the Accounts have been submitted to 
the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at 
the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/ 
nsm. 
 
A downloadable version of the Supplementary Prospectus will also be available
