Further to the announcement regarding the publication of an admission document
issued on 21 December 2006, Cosmedia Group Holdings Limited ("Cosmedia" or the "
Company"), the holding company of an advertising and media group (the "Group")
with a focus on television and new media advertising in China, today announces
the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares on AIM under the ticker code
"CGHL".
