eServGlobal Completes Acquisition of Ferma SA.

Enhances solution portfolio with world-leading capabilities in charging and
messaging.

eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV and LSE: ESG), a worldwide supplier of independent
and flexible network intelligence systems, today announces the completion of its
acquisition of Ferma SA.

The acquisition represents a milestone for eServGlobal and Ferma and combines
the innovative technologies of both companies with an ongoing commitment to
customers' business needs.

At the closing of the acquisition, a total of 57,209,024 shares were allotted,
at a value per share of GBP 0.46 (0.46 British Pounds) in two placement tranches
to investors in the UK and Australia.

eServGlobal's Executive Chairman, Mr Ian Buddery, said, "This transaction
dramatically changes the scale of eServGlobal and brings several significant new
investment institutions to our share register, as well as expanded commitment
from our existing major investors. This represents a significant vote of
confidence in eServGlobal. It gives a substantial uplift to shareholders'
equity, and the acquisition of the Ferma SA group significantly broadens
eServGlobal's international operations and provides increased opportunities for
continuing growth."
