Change to Financial Year End

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), the provider of innovative mobile financial technology, advises that it has changed its financial year end to 31 December, to align with HomeSend SCRL. Pursuant to ASIC Instrument 17-0058, the Company is permitted to have a 14 month financial year for FY2017, from 1 November 2016 to 31 December 2017 (the Order). In the absence of the Order, the Corporations Act would prohibit the Company from having a financial year longer than 12 months and the Order thus obviates the requirement to have a short 2 month financial year between 1 November to 31 December to transition to a 31 December year end.

There is no change to the Company's half year period for FY2017 and the Company will be required to report its unaudited results for the 12 months to 31 October 2017 under ASX Appendix 4F. The Appendix 4F will be lodged by 31 December 2017.
